Program Analyst. Beyond the Pill has an opening for a full-time Program Analyst. The Program Analyst will provide programmatic and administrative support and assist with training, education, and research activities throughout the US to promote access to contraception and women’s reproductive autonomy. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, careful attention to detail, and excellent computer and web-based skills. Some prior experience in health research or similar field required. Please see the job description for further details.
Research Analyst. Beyond the Pill has an opening for a full-time Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will be responsible for recruiting and collecting data from study participants at colleges, providing health information to participants, and maintaining and organizing study records. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; careful attention to detail; and excellent computer and web-based skills. Prior experience in health research and reproductive health required. This position requires substantial travel throughout California, with the ability to work offsite during the week. Part-Time Data Entry Job. Beyond the Pill is seeking a part-time assistant for data entry and administrative tasks for approximate 8 hours per week. This position requires prior data entry experience and excellent MS Word, Excel and database application skills. Prior experience in health research and reproductive health preferred. $20/hour, flexible hours. Based at UCSF Laurel Heights campus (California St and Presidio Ave in San Francisco). Health Education Intern. Beyond the Pill has an opening for a student intern (undergraduate or master’s level) to assist with the development of contraceptive-focused health education materials and program communications. Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in reproductive health and contraception, experience searching and reviewing health research and academic literature, and strong communication and writing skills. Experience with graphic design and a good eye for design is a plus. The opportunity could begin immediately (flexible start date), and could extend through summer. A minimum of 20 hours/week is preferred, flexible hours. Internship is paid through a stipend and located at the UCSF Laurel Heights campus in San Francisco.
